SMS is a relatively new industry with few entry barriers - novice resellers come and go at regular intervals. To ensure you choose a reliable SMS provider we recommend you ask these questions.

Discounted rates for charities

We understand that charities and other non-profit organisations are very important to our community and we provide them with significant discounts.

To qualify for a charity discount, you must be either:

  • A registered non-profit association
  • A registered charity
  • An organisation (or event) that passes on all profits directly to a charity or NFP

Unfortunately we're not able to accept every submission. MessageMedia will take on as many charity proposals as we can, but we can't guarantee that every submission will be be taken up.

We're a clean, green SMS machine! MessageMedia is officially Carbon Neutral - the Easy Being Green foundation has calculated our carbon emissions, and we have paid to plant the trees required to neutralise our carbon footprint.

MessageMedia gives to deserving causes such as Oxfam on behalf of our clients at Christmas time rather than buying corporate gifts.
